10 week workout plan female

Hey Natalie - I would add in 30-45 minutes of cardio after the upper body days. If I know what weight I can perform 10-12 reps @ is there some kind of formula for what I will/ should be able to do @ 6? Deadlifts 3 - 4 6 - 12 2. Hope you enjoy the program! Build muscle, lose fat & stay motivated.
